User roles: owner, moderator, agent, observer
The four cabinet roles and what each can do: from the owner's full access to the observer's read-only statistics.
The cabinet has four roles. «OwnerRole with full access to the cabinet, including members and tokens.» manages everything, including billing and members. «ModeratorRole that manages content, playlists and screens without access to members.» (also «Content manager») works with files, playlists, screens and networks but does not see billing or members. «Advertising agent» is an external partner who works only with their own playlists and an allotted share of storage. «ObserverRead-only role: screens, playlists and reports without the right to change anything.» only looks: screenA device running the Advision player that shows content; the cabinet calls it a media device. status, screenshots and playback statistics, changing nothing. Users are created by the ownerRole with full access to the cabinet, including members and tokens. in ⚙ → «Members».

If «Content edit approve required» is enabled, their changes reach the screens only after the ownerRole with full access to the cabinet, including members and tokens. approves them.
