Upload files
How to add images, video, audio or zip files to the media library from your computer, with tags and straight into the right folder.

- 1. Open «Media» and go to the folder where the file should live.
- 2. Click «Upload» in the toolbar on the right.
- 3. Type tags separated by spaces if you want to search by them later.
- 4. Click «Upload File» under the tags field or drag files onto the page.
- 5. Select one or more files and confirm.
- If it did not work
Open «Media» and go to the folder where the file should live.
The folder name, for example «Promo videos», is shown in the header.
Click «Upload» in the toolbar on the right.
A tags field and an «Upload File» button appear below the toolbar.
Type tags separated by spaces if you want to search by them later.
Click «Upload File» under the tags field or drag files onto the page.
Your computer's file picker opens.
Select one or more files and confirm.
File cards appear in the current folder with type, size and duration.
If it did not work
Symptom | What to do |
|---|---|
Message «file too large» | The limit for this type is exceeded, see file requirements. Compress the video or image and upload again |
Message «unsupported format» | The cabinet accepts only PNG, JPG, MP4, MP3 and ZIP. Convert the file, for example MOV to MP4 |
Upload stops or the file does not appear | See Upload fails |
Message about the storage limit | You are out of space, see Storage is full |
No «Upload» button | Your role is ObserverRead-only role: screens, playlists and reports without the right to change anything.: ask the account ownerRole with full access to the cabinet, including members and tokens., see roles |
