Upload your first file
An image or a video from your computer lands in «Media» in a few seconds and is immediately available for playlists.

Open «Media».
The media library opens with tabs, including «Stock» and «Favorites».
Click «Upload».
The «Drop files here to upload» area appears.
Drag the file into this area or click «Choose files» and pick it.
Wait for the «Uploaded» status.
The file appears in the grid with a preview, type, size, duration and name.
If it did not work
Symptom | What to do |

The message «File size should be less than …» appears | Compress or re-encode the file, see File requirements |
The message «File upload failed.» appears | |
The upload finished but the file is not in the grid | Refresh the page and check the «Recent» tab. If it is still missing, see File does not upload |
The storage is full |
