File requirements: formats, sizes, limits
Which formats the cabinet accepts, the size limit for each type, recommended video and image settings and what breaks playback on screen.
The cabinet accepts four file types. The size limit is checked at upload: a file above the limit does not enter the library and shows «file too large». The recommendations in the table are optional, but with them a video plays smoothly on every Advision player.

What the file card means
After uploading, check the card in Media: resolution and duration should match what you expected.

Web content and widgets
Besides files, a screenA device running the Advision player that shows content; the cabinet calls it a media device. can show websites and streams by link, as well as built-in widgets. They take no storage space and are not uploaded: see add a website or stream and add a widget.
Storage space
Each account has its own storage volume set by the plan. Used space is shown on the dashboard and in account settings as «Used» against «Storage limit». When the limit is reached, uploads stop, see Storage is full.
