Create a folder and move files
How to create folders such as «Menu» or «Promo videos» and move already uploaded files into them.

Open «Media» and click the three-dot menu to the right of «Upload».
A menu with «Create new folder» drops down.
Click «Create new folder».
A dialog with the «Folder name» field opens.
Type a name, for example «Promo videos», and click «Create».
The folder appears in the grid among the files with the type «Folder».
Tick the checkboxes on the cards of the files you want to move.
The «Move» button in the toolbar becomes active.
Click «Move» and pick the destination folder.
The files disappear from the current folder and appear in the chosen one.
If it did not work
Symptom | What to do |

«Move» is greyed out | No file is selected: tick a card checkbox or «Select all» |
The folder you need is missing in the picker | Close the dialog, create the folder from the three-dot menu and try again |
No folder menu on the «Stock» tab | This is the Advision library, folders cannot be created there. Go back to Home |
